TristanRobot is a smart car that is programmed to undertake the following functions as directed from an Android Phone:

  • go forward, right, left, and reverse and change speed within any of these functions
  • go to a specific location indicated by its latitude and longitude coordinates
  • avoid obstacles by changing direction as it moves
  • implements voice commands and provides synthesized voice responses
  • come back to home base, when it loses wireless contact with the Android command phone

I will provide sample videos, snapshots and snippets of my Android and Arduino codes at a later time.

Expanded uses include Home Automation and other Automation applications through wireless means via web and/or bluetooth.
